Bottom Line Acquisition was built on a foundation of real estate, hard work, and firsthand experience with what families go through when a house becomes more than just a property.

For Simon Sepulveda, real estate started long before Bottom Line Acquisition was ever created. His family has been involved in real estate since the early 2000s, with roots reaching back even earlier through hands-on renovations, home improvement, and investment work. Simon grew up around the business from a very young age. As early as he can remember, he was helping his father on job sites, learning how to fix homes, renovate properties, and turn distressed houses into something valuable again.

But his connection to real estate was not just business. It was personal.

Growing up, Simon's family often lived in the very homes they were renovating. These were not perfect houses. Many needed major repairs, construction, and serious work just to become livable. His family did what they had to do to make ends meet, often flipping and improving homes while living through the stress that came with financial pressure.

Simon saw firsthand what it felt like when the mortgage was hard to pay, when foreclosure notices came in, when the lights were cut off, and when a house became a source of stress instead of peace. He saw how those situations affected his family, his friends, and the people around him. That experience gave him a deep understanding of what many homeowners face when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next.

At a young age, Simon took the skills he learned growing up and continued developing them. He began purchasing properties across South Carolina and Florida, working on flips, rentals, renovations, and different real estate strategies. Over time, he learned how to solve complex property problems and create real solutions for homeowners who needed more than a traditional listing.

That is why Bottom Line Acquisition was founded.

Bottom Line Acquisition exists to help sellers who need a faster, easier, and more flexible way to sell their property.
